A PayOnce membership will save you a significant amount of time, money and stress with its unlimited call out policy. This guarantees your property will always be well maintained and looked after all year round

The PayOnce process is very simple! The first thing you need to do is request and authorise PayOnce to conduct a preliminary property inspection and complete a Quality Report. The Quality Report will identify all pre-existing issues and damages relating to the property.

Depending on the package you choose, your PayOnce Membership will cover unlimited handyman and trade services.

Your PayOnce membership covers 100% of the labour fees associated with a call out. All goods, materials and hire equipment required for any repair will come at an additional cost to Landlords. PayOnce will always request written consent from the Landlord/Real Estate Agent to purchase or hire additional goods, materials and equipment to avoid any surprises.

As per tenancy agreement, tenants are responsible for damages caused by them. If requested by tenant, Payonce will provide quotation and if accepted, will carry out the repair.

Of Course – PayOnce will send the Landlord (and/or Real Estate Agent) an itemised invoice clearly outlining what materials or equipment are required and how much each will cost. PayOnce will also request written consent for additional costs outlined prior to carrying out the job.

Absolutely! Once the report determines the viability of the property for undertaking the membership , as an incentive to our members, PayOnce will carry all repairs and maintenance outlined in report once signed up the membership contract.
